Today, think about someone you haven't thought about in a long time - someone who was good to you, someone who made a difference to you in a positive way. Call that person if you're an extrovert; if you're an introvert, write a brief note saying hello or even an e-mail saying "Hi!". Do you remember the last time you got mail that wasn't a bill, a request for a donation or a favor, or bad news? It was nice, wasn't it?
